Bowie Cobalt Blouse

Cobalt blue blouse with high neck line.  The collar has a black ribbon closure and front slit. The sleeves have an elastic and ruffle detail.  Beautiful silky feel.

We paired this with our Vanity Blue Floral Jacket. You could also pair this with a black, tuxedo suit, or even just a blazer cover up. Dress pants would look best with this.
