You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. Renina will refund any full price item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale for hygienic reasons.
How do I return an item?
The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip.
You can email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping label to be emailed to you. The return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.
If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Reina Valentina is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Reina Valentina . Reina Valentina do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Reina Valentina may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
How do I check the status of or track an order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your computer. How do I return or exchange an order?
Renia Valentina will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail.
We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. Returns accompanied by an original receipt, made more than 30 days after the purchase, will be credited for the item's current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit* or as a merchandise exchange.
*A merchandise credit for online returns will be issued by e-mail as an E-Gift Certificate. A valid email address must be provided.
How do I cancel or edit an order?
No changes can be made to an order once submitted. When we designed our business processes and systems at Renia Valentina, our goal was to save you time by quickly processing your order. The moment you submit your order, you can expect that we are immediately working to get it to you as quickly as possible.
