The Prudence Blouse is pleated with a crinkled material. The sleeves hang low and the neckline sits right between the neck and shoulders. There are embellishments on the sleeves and the cut ends a few inches under the belly button. This look is great for a day at the office or in the evening going out to dinner with friends.
